The Client

Flower of Life Massage is the private massage practice of Rebecca K. Ellis, LMT. Her business has experienced healthy, organic growth for the past four years, with several location changes.

The Challenge

Rebecca wanted to begin to promote her business but was unsure where to start or how. When we met, her business promotion was from word of mouth alone, and sales and advertising were new frontiers for Becca. Like many health practitioners, sales did not feel like an authentic approach to finding her ideal clients.

With KO Consulting, Rebecca hosted and catered an intimate customer appreciation event. The event was a success, allowing Flower of Life to enjoy all-time revenue highs! Becca now has a marketing model in place for seasonal promotions and the knowledge and confidence to continue pursuing marketing opportunities.
