Blue Sky Wellness Studio is thriving a massage, acupuncture and naturopath studio located on Mississippi Ave. in Portland, OR. The company was just finishing it’s second year of business when I began to work with Bridgit Beasley, acupuncturist, mother and business owner.

The Challenge

After a consultation and an organizational overview, I discovered a company that was rapidly growing and changing with great aspirations. New billing systems, a new website, potential expansion of services and changing staff were just a few of the challenges Bridgit was fiercely approaching while trying to implement more community outreach in her work and develop great marketing campaigns.

Results

Bridgit beautifully remodeled her studio by adding two new wellness rooms, including a space for community acupuncture. She is currently hiring new practitioners and expanding her business. With new hiring practices, she is implementing new tools to hire more excellent care givers and staff. Her dynamic marketing plan has launched a new website with practitioner profiles, implemented a community outreach program and successful events promotion.
